All UK orders are dispatched by standard parcel delivery. Whilst all orders requesting 10 or less products are generally dispatched within 3 working days of those orders being received, the fact that all products are hand-made and of a high quality may result in the order taking longer. In such cases an estimated time of delivery shall be provided by email, telephone or where such methods have not proved possible and acknowledged by the customer, by first class mail on the next working day and the customer entitled to cancel its order at that time or the following working day using the same methods of contact.
All International orders are dispatched by Parcelforce Worldwide and delivery costs are additional to the displayed product price with import taxes and duties the purchasers' responsibility, please contact us for the correct shipping cost prior to ordering. There is no control over costs imposed by local customs services and in such circumstances, it is advised that the import charges and duties applicable in any country be determined before ordering products to be delivered.
Should the purchaser wish to return any product, it must do so, together with information for the return and whether the request is for a refund or for exchange to RETURNED ITEM, Unit 7 Littlewicks, Carthouse Lane, Horsell, Woking, Surrey GU21 4ZA within 10 working days of its receipt. A refund or exchange shall be available to the purchaser provided the product concerned is unopened, unused and in the condition at the time of its dispatch.
The purchaser shall be liable for the cost of postage, packaging, import taxes and duties save for in circumstances where the product has initially been dispatched in error or in an inappropriate condition.
In the event that an exchange has been requested and the replacement product is not available at the time of receipt of the returned item, the customer shall be informed of this within 3 working days and entitled to cancel its order.
